Pros
Flexibility to work from home.
Cons
Terrible leadership. Bought out by some private equity firm and the first thing they did was layoffs. I survived that year, but next year I was one of the cuts. They work you to the bone. Unrealistic deadlines all day every day. You cannot get caught up on things, ever. Teams are top-heavy, with way too my higher ups always over your shoulder complaining about why things are behind, which as I mentioned, they don't give us realistic goals or even adequate staffing to get the job done. I was working on a team including myself, and 2 people under me. My clients were "red" (ready to party ways with us). There were 3 of us actually doing work for the clients and I'd have at least 6 higher ups bothering us all day asking for updates. How does it make sense to have 6 higher ups doing nothing and only 3 people actually doing the work?
