Business Outlook
Pros
1. A very good company in terms of leaves offered to employee. 2. A nice company for those who don't want to learn new technology or who don't want to come out of their comfort zone. 3. Very good working environment. 4. Free transport facility.
Cons
1. Salaries are very less as compare to Industry standard. 2. Management is not at all good ( may be because most of the Managers/Delivery Mangers are not from Top Management Schools like IIMs, ISB) 3. No performance bonus based on individuals performance(annual bonus is there but it is very very less). 4.Very Few Recognitions(Awards and Perks).
