      Pros

      Alight offers a great work/life balance with tons of work from home opportunity. Every person that I came into contact with at Alight was kind, mature, and dedicated to the success of the project. Great benefits and fair compensation.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be a ton of room for growth. With so many developers working out of India it can slow down certain aspects of the development process (due to offset work schedules).
