      Great leadership. Making many investments in future . Good to bring some outsiders into management. Invest to Grow new logo clients.

      Cons

      Administration is a messy job with everyone wanting exceptions. More discipline internally to bill for client inefficiencies. More recognition needed for delivery teams.

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
