      Pros

      Good balance between work and personal life. Good for people who wants to stay for long time. Also no client pressure if working on internal tools.

      Cons

      Its not an IT company. No onsite. No processes to avoid office politics. Tracker for tracking every activity in desktop, shows productivity based on that.

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
