      -Nice coworkers -Possibility to work from home

      Cons

      -Very little face-to-face contact with team -Large age gap between employees, due to the large turnover for the first 3 years of employment. -Lack of mentally stimulating work. -Little to no extracurricular work activities. -VERY HIGH healthcare costs, due to the lack of health benefits/options. -Old technology. -Always have to deal with angry clients. -Potential long commutes, if you're in the Lincolnshire office.

      Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
