Pros

Prospects of working from home.

So disappointing to see a company that HAD a reputation of quality top notch customer service and training now only focusing on getting on and off calls with less than minimal training. Specific client training and responsibility to resolve caller's issues are almost non-existant. I have worked there 12 years for Hewitt then AON and now Alight. Alight has come in and in a short period of time turning the company into a sweat shop at all levels. Gone is the feeling of pride in my work and Company. The stress level and work load continues to climb. So many good people have left or been let go. More people out on medical leave.

Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

Cons

Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
