      Wages somewhat above the norm, ok benefits,

      Cons

      Workers are pitted against each other, there is no teamwork. To get any sort of promotion, you're encouraged to step on others. The clients are all that matter, the employee is just a number. There is an insanely high turnover rate and the management can get vengeful and vindictive.
