Pros

Pay is good if you work for it. Cafeteria Hours are good depending on the shift Customer care week.

Cons

Call center stress Some managers are spoty MUST be available from 7am-7pm (whether you have kids, family, outside obligations) with no ifs ands or buts Most management aren't willing to work with you or forget about your needs They say the constant change is good but it is extremely stressful

Health benefits are ok but could be better.

Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

Cons

Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
