Call center environment (you get docked everyone you need to leave your desk for the restroom or get a cup of water) Work-life balance Pay PTO Holidays - can't take off for both Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving (day after) Hours - shift work Strict attendance policies (if 5 minutes late, an occurrence is given) High turnover rate Lacking company culture/employee groups (employee groups exist but they are dead. They told no meetings or events.
