      -No transparency at lower level -No compassion for front line employees with workload -Process changes that make work harder not simpler for end-user. -Team management needs current service experience -No alignment in house with company values.

      Remote work from home that's it.

      Cons

      Low pay for amount of work which keeps increasing Training is horrendous Team work or life balance total BS they do not care your just a number.
