      Remote and sometimes the hours aren’t too bad

      Cons

      Can work overtime during busy season and depends on which manager they pair you with, things can shift around which sometimes you might not be compatible with your team or with the new manager. You will have to work during the holidays or compete for holiday PTO.

      Lots of opportunity and promotes from within. Great support structure throughout to help motivate and keep career progression moving forward.

      Remote work from home that's it.

      Cons

      Low pay for amount of work which keeps increasing Training is horrendous Team work or life balance total BS they do not care your just a number.
