Pros
Work from home PTO is easy to take and fairly generous There is usually and effort to not schedule or have minimal meetings on Fridays. Will let you work flexible hours if needed
Cons
- Company has not met a revenue target in the 4 year I've worked here - Little to no annual merit increases and limited potential for bonus pay without trying to sell something to your client to adopt for a price - Company removed their annual retirement contribution for manager level employees and above - Training for how to do your actual job and useing the apps and software is not helpful to prepare for actual real job responsibilities and situations. - The trend has been to working longer, retirement benefit incentives disappearing, and shoddy annual merit increases (or maybe none at all if actual financial metrics don't align with expectations forecasted). I could go on and on but I think my point has been made.
