      Paid training, nice coworkers, decent hours

      Cons

      You’ll never get to speak with upper management but they’ll watch every move you make on your computer the moment you log in. You’re not given any grace as a seasonal employee and the benefits are sparse. This company hyper fixates on metrics so much. They also hate to see when you’re in available. This company knows people need this job and are willing to exploit them for it.

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
