Pros
Weekends off, detailed training and support during training.
Cons
Support drops off after training, it's an incredibly strict place as you get in trouble for taking breaks more than a minute later than you're supposed to. You have to get to work half an hour early to start up all your computer systems and log in because you get in trouble for not being on the phone exactly on the dot of the start of your shift and you don't get paid for that extra half an hour. Outdated systems, management have superiority complex, if you're sick you better be prepared to be sat down and told off for being sick even if you have a medical certificate, company lies to the staff and fires people over small things. Contracts only last for a year with companies so you're not guaranteed a job past a year.
