      Good OT pay, can earn a lot from OT and incentives for attendance, KPI, quality despite low salary Has a cafe or recreation area with food, which is nice Team leads were helpful

      Cons

      Workload , high call volume, escalation team may not doing their work, but stress still manageable

      Pros

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
