      Pros

      laid back wear practically anything to work

      Cons

      low pay, managers not very smart, they borrow your head set and return with their dirty saliva and ear dirt. They use multiple head sets a day so I know the managers are full of germs.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
