      Cons

      Ops driven culture, VP ops call all the shots, all support functions are useless, if you earn high salary, consider yourself relieved very soon by hook or crook

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
