Pros
staff that you are working with
Cons
We had a great team but had a lot of pressure on us when Telstra ended to sign up for origin and in auctal fact i would call it bulling and scare tactics we were advised if we signed up we would work no later than 7.30 and for this i agreed to give up my redundancy and move to origin. not even finished training and advised hours have been changed to 10.30 advised that the company knew i did not drive and relied on public transport i was virtually told not their problem advised that i would like my redundancy as they had not stuck to the agreement of the hours virtually laughed at and advised they are not offering redundancy now. i left after a meeting with manager half a hour before my shift ended as in the meeting i felt bullied and when i advised that we should have not been told to use our annual leave for the hours we can not work he advised unless i had a email confirming this i had no proof and when i advised it was not only me that had advised this that other members of my team had reported this to the union he smiling advised no email no proof. I have sat by and watch so many wrongs may i say not through telstra or origins doing though the Team leaders blame them for the wrongs i unfortunately going to take this further and strongly hate doing this but this job has left me stressed out feeling downtrodden and bullied.
