Pros
Good practice if it comes to striving towards operational efficiencies .. the practice head tries micromanaging operational aspects and day to day issues in minute details ..few senior people are also trying desperately to micro manage everything that an employee does..which does turn out to be an environment smelling good operational excellence ..good practice to learn new things fast in areas of treasury , loan , security modules etc..unique areas to many ..but having good niche market demand..
Cons
Salary..well same old excuses.. indian economic slowdown so do not expect hikes .. poor work environment on the floor... and more importantly inside practice .. senior people encourages juniors to actually go out and search for jobs .. very poor word of mouth publicity inside the company ..management and HR department disclosing the lack of budgets to even organize quarterly award functions like best team etc. HRs are not too aware and are helpless towards real issues of employees and are more concentarting on false criticism of other IT comapnies , someof which are 10 times larger than AEGIS ... seniors openly saying that HR has instructed to reduce or downsize team ..
