      Pros

      Very willing to hire Veterans. Many people that work here are Veterans. Pay is always above minimum wage. When needing assistance in training, I got help from other employees. Overtime is amazing if you need the money. It is always available.

      Cons

      Much like the Army, the leadership seems to think they are above everyone. If you need help, they ask why you cannot find it, and walk away to do whatever they do. You are very expected to work overtime, even if you have kids.

      Pros

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
