      some of the best reasons to work at aegis is that it is big, stable company. Benefits and compensation.is better.

      Some of the downsides of working at Aegis is that like most other companies, performance is very important and if you dont work much harder then you will not be able to receive incentives

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
