Pros
Melbourne office is in a good location and they are nice enough offices. Was given a weeks training to learn how to answer a phone and sell concert tickets, so can't complain about lack of training in the role.
Cons
As stated, new employees for a particular campaign were given a weeks training, and then when we started on the phones it seemed that many of the things drilled into us during training, weren't practised. Super limited staff for the ticketing campaign, which meant every caller was furious at wait times. This is not so much Aegis' fault, but it did not help that you had to barrel through the call as quickly as possible, meaning the person who had been waiting for two hours on hold was lucky to get a minute of your time. Extremely strict on break times, and one of the most boring jobs I've ever worked in my life.
