      In fact none. But the interview process was quick and fast in disclosing results and hardly 2 rounds of interview.

      Cons

      Salary, shift, management, Food, HR. Transportation. No employment benefits no regular week offs. Even managers are made to take calls like agents.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.
