Pros
Company was bought by Teleperformance. During my stay it was Aegis. They provide opportunity for fresh grads to gain work experience. The company has an onsite gym. HMO is good. I am always grateful for this giving me my first job. I stayed for almost 3 years for a Financial Account. Very supportive Team Leads. If you need a sup call they are always accommodating without further ado. Tenured agents during my time were also kind and they will be there for you if you need help. A feeling of "family" ambience will welcome you once you get into operations. Schedule swaps can be requested real time with team leads as long as you can find someone willing to swap scheds with you if no more slots for VL.
Cons
A little bit of office politics. Minimal power trippings. Very little annual salary increase. Making it difficult to hit metrics to get incentive.
