Lack of communication between managers and staff. You are expected to work extra days or time with no prior notice. It's really hard to get someone to cover your half hour lunch break and impossible to take the ten minute break you are entitled to. The pay is very low for the job responsibilities and more staff are needed to cover in all areas. There were emails from the corporate office in Washington asking staff to vote for the CEO on Glassdoor!
