      Strict timings, Sometimes inbound has to be outbound calls. Shift wise work

      Cons

      Shift wise work, no Flexibility if you need an hour or two early leave when needed. Some times team leads are pushed to push employees for a target to achieve.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
