students are friendly and you get to make friends with them so easily

TMs demand too much from tutors , but the TMs themselves are very poor in English They are not that helpful and supportive. They do not respond to you immediately, and reason out they are too busy. If that is the case, they should handle only 5 teachers so they can focus. The CS are very inconsiderate. They penalize tutors unfairly. They are to quick to penalize, but too slow to give you the increase you deserve when you reach a certain integral level. They do not keep their promise. Watch out when it's rainy weather, they are quick to penalize you. Their materials are full of grammatical errors. TMs are manipulative. They never show up their faces and they are rude. They are after the money. You are not allowed to discipline a misbehaving student. They steal from you the money you earned by penalizing you 3x your rate. Never dare apply in this company. They will just exploit you. But my terrible experience taught me to fight for my rights.
