Cons
You can open as many hours as you'd like because the pay is a measly 90 pesos per hour. I've heard of some being paid even half of that. They have their own tutor/teaching platforms but they suck, big time. Systems are always down and tutors are always EXCLUSIVELY blamed for any tech-related problems, even if it's from the student's end. As soon as a student files a complaint, you're dead. Management, especially Tutor Managers or "TMs" as we used to call them, are the worst. At least 60-80% of them are unresponsive. They are very inconsiderate. They always demand promptness and professionalism from their employees but cannot reciprocate the same effort. It's also ironic how they're supposed to be working for an ESL Company but their English is subpar.
