- Terrible Tutor support - Most TMs are unprofessional in dealing with tutors under them. They ignore most of your requests and don't care about you. What matters to them is the team's performance. - You don't get a raise until you reached a certain level, and just when you are about to reach that level, a complaint or demerits will set you back. And when you do reach that level, the increase you'll get is only between 5-15 pesos. - Oversaturated webpages. You get the links of materials, schedule, students' info in your tutor page, and when a lot of traffic is going on, the webpages gets down and you'll be unable to enter the classroom where your students are waiting and probably pissed off leaving you a bad feedback or something. But that was in 2018, the year I left. I don't know if they're able to resolve this very persistent problem back then. - I've experienced lots of online teaching jobs from different companies, and I'm sorry to tell you that it is in this company I experienced rudeness from students. - In student- teacher dispute, this company will almost always side with their students.
