      -Work from home -Flexible time schedule -Relatively easy work

      Cons

      -Late salary pay -Draining schedule despite being flexible (you have to be in constant look out for new bookings so refresh refresh refresh) - unresponsive TMs and CS - small salary but HUGE penalties - terrible communication platform for your TMs and CS
