Imposing penalties due to slow system. Slow to assist, fast to deduct your salary. CS as per TM is 24/7 online for any problem but truth be told, THEY ARE NOT! I was even told by my TM to inform our emergencies 2 days or so ahead of time but when I apply to cancel my class 3 days before the date. I got a reply from my TM THAT CS are not 24/7 online! Haha like, WTH? No sense at all. Notification of class is delayed! TM are disrespectful. (Maybe not all but thats my experience)
