Pros
- The TM I had was extremely nice and friendly and she tried her best to promote me. - I liked the students - The material was accessible but also teaches you to be creative
Cons
- If you are a native speaker your unbooked classes are not paid. - Don't bother putting a desired salary on the application, it will always be maximum 8 dollars an hour. - You cannot open class hours yourself; for a company that claims to be flexible it really isn't. You have to say 2 weeks in advance what your schedule will be. - The benefits are really only effective if the students bother giving you a rating. - Native speakers are not as valued as they should be.
