you have no idea what is the real value of you work, the salary is decided by your teacher manager and even if you have better qualification than some other teacher you can get lower payrate bonuses are nontransparent, sometimes you dont get any and have to give a proof that you really earned them (print screen everything!) teacher managers are super relaxed and are non helpful at all! they usually are late in repplying... customer service usually doesnt speak english very well and that is super anoying because theay are the only connection between you and a student
