Trash management,bare minimum full time hours(30 hours),not enough employees to maintain departments,some departments don't have any employees on the floor,the gun counter is always covered but the floor is not...managers think they know everything but don't....freight should be 100% done before store opens... management is always screwing around in managers office,playing and laughing whiles associates need help on the floor...then when associates ask/interrupt their playing around they get pissed off....the vision insurance needs to be better...it should cover not just the frames,but also anti glare,coatings,and any other extras that the associate needs...the dental plan is decent...but there is no dental and vision insurance for part timers...I don't care for diversity or inclusion..hire the best qualified for the job,and not hire based on skin color or gender or nationality......stop recognizing blk history and pride month... academy sports is a place of business,not a place to demand they outwardly recognize your personal beliefs....
