Careless management and HR. Initially they forgot to send me the offer letter, I had to request it and was hired later than expected. After being hired I was entered into the system incorrectly, blocking my access to benefits. When store management finally fixed my employment status days later, I was still unable to access benefits. When HR finally "fixed" my benefits a week later, I was going to have to wait an additional time period to even select benefits, on top of the time it takes for them to activate. When my first payday came and went, I was not paid. Store manager said he would contact payroll and has yet to contact me. HR said it was out of their hands. HR is off-site and generally unresponsive. During this time I received another job offer. The decision to quit was not difficult to make.
