Pros
they are willing to work with your school or personal schedule as it changes, discount on merchandise, hour breaks, they provide your uniform at no cost, have tuition reimbursement, and do not require UA screen for employment
Cons
Few advancement opportunities, they cut hours frequently, low pay, benefits are too expensive, they have few full time positions at the store level, and poor training. Also most of the managers are incompetent and favoritism is rampant.
