Pros
Great chances and opportunities to achieve promotions at store level. Great, up to date products. Hire external talent. Some management figures are great mentors and promote growth!
Cons
High turnover. Some departments had turnover at 80% this was the main problem. We always experience a learning curve. They don't make an effort to retain talent and let good, young, motivated people walk. Low financial and benefits to responsibility ratio
