Unfair management. We the employees are the face of the company, yet management get the bonuses and good pay raises. Lack of communication. How u expect to have a good store when management can't even come together. Lack of care for employees. I am scheduled to close 4 to 5 days out of a week. I ride the bus. On Sundays the bus drop Me off 2 miles from the store yet they still want Me to come walking in the heat or cold to work. ONE time I Had to walk 13 miles (4hrs) from work cause no ONE couldn't take Me home. I called in the next day cause there was no way I was getting up at 4:30a to b there at 7. Then I ended up in the hospital with servere dehydration and high blood sugar. Not once did anyone from management called to see how I was doing. Yet they knew I was a diabetic and couldn't b out in the heat. I come back and ask for Sundays off and they say the store needs someone on Sunday but yet again I just got out of the hospital twice for being out in the heat. The payraises are a joke. Whats 25 cents? No bonuses for associates. How fair is it we do all the work and all we might get is a stupid 10dollar gift card. The turnover rate is the worst I ever seen.
