Pros
Not many - I wasn't there long before leaving.
Cons
Management and the lack of HR support when reporting issues. Management played favorites and kept the obvious knowledgeable employees from advancing due to grudges. Promotions were based strictly on salary caps - if it was review time and you weren't going to get a raise because of a salary cap, you got a promotion so that a raise could be given. These were mostly based on time with the company, NOT merit.
