Pros
Some of the employees are great to work with. There's a 20% discount on some items. It's nice to learn about new product if you like sporting goods merchandise.
Cons
I feel like I have never been acknowledged as a hard worker. The managers talk down to employees and make the senior team leads to a lot of their work. They cut hours so bad that there isn't even people in some of the departments for a large part of the day. There are only a couple people on registers even on busy days so the associates in other departments have to be back up cashiers everyday. So because of that there isn't help for customers and customers get mad at employees and managers get mad at employees for not helping customers. It's messed up.
