there favoritism Management does not get reports, any changes in price on time system runs slow the equipment is faulty and does not work management does not punish people whatsoever some employess have 36 points on a 24 point scale which means they should have been fired management is too lazy to be bothered with problems that are going on and their only concern is money is if your not at your register in within before they say it you will be yelled at. the footwear department is a mess becuase employees spend more time talking to each other and huddle up to where the customer goes to Customer service for help. everyone smokes and uses there cell phone on company time. District manager has explained to me that this behavior is ok.
