Pros
The tight knit community in which all the employees create with those who work there. The discount. The chance to participate in special events. Every now and then the management would throw a luncheon for certain holidays or events, although the food/drink was usually low quality and very cheap, it was nice of them to offer a 30 minute paid lunch on those days.
Cons
The managers separate themselves from their employees instilling a sense of superiority. It was very rare to see a manager helping a fellow associate with any kind of "grunt" work, They punish harshly for tardiness and absentism but seldom follow their own examples.
