It's said Talent is the foundation of the success. High qualification staff team & good culture. AMS has lots global key account they have very good long term relationships. Nice pay for manager & manager above talent. Green hand or Jr. sourcer can learn much in AMS
Cons
AMS not invest much in China market. Each account is centralize to APAC or global. It's hard to transfer from one account to another. Salary is average and bonus (PSP) is really "not guarantee" After New Capital bought AMS, some global senior staff left us. Some change in management team and company business objective. More close to a US company culture. Internal development is slow
