Pros
Name recognition, although primarily geared toward residential, creates wrong perception that all we do is residential.
Cons
Low pay. Promote sales people from Small Business to manage Commercial team, therefore they cannot help anyone with anything. IT cannot integrate all of their systems due to disparate software systems required by many acquisitions. Basically, you waste valuable time in front of a computer instead of customers. So much minutiae prevents the very sales activity management wants, thus you cannot make the money you could if we were nimble and efficient. Install management and sales management at odds constantly so it's a fight to get your jobs done without customer dissatisfaction.
