Pros
Benefits are fine, 401k is fine The main corp training given to sales reps is fine but beyond that you are on your own. Flexible hours though demands are extremely high
Cons
100% commission that is seldom correct. Pay on close which can be weeks out at a time meaning you work all week and make no money. You use your own vehicle to drive and are only paid 15/c a mile which hardly covers gas, to give you an idea i do about 400 miles a day. Policies change randomly and are poorly explained.
