Pros
If you don't mind scaring customers into buying expensive alarm systems, then this can be an easy money.
Cons
Product line is very complex, and instead of learning about the products, sales reps are taught how HR thinks we should sell them. Scripted sales pitches do not help us sell educated sales. Later, we're reprimanded because of churn. IMO, churn is because of sales tactics that are pushed down from management.
