Pros
*Ipad provided, phone allowance, car allowance *"model sales call" can help you in general professionally *Stable company controls the market
Cons
*Terrible leads when cold calling(100 calls expected daily) potential customers where either already customers, angry about previous service, or WRONG NUMBER. Out of 100 calls you might get 2 appointments and 1 of those was either a no show or a cancel. *Management does not care that leads are poor they just want you to call, no attempts made to improve the quality of leads *Lots of driving- 30-50 miles for one appointment was normal *Lots of cancelled appointments that were not discovered until you are sitting in front of the customers home. *Multiple software systems(3-4) to navigate prior to sales calls *50-100 cold call door knocks expected daily *After first 3 months 100% commission *Outside of the 1 week corporate training, training by manager is spotty at best. To be honest it depends on the manager. *VERY HIGH TURNOVER
