Pros
Weekly pay and okay benefits, close to home.
Cons
Training is horrible at best. During training more time is spent on the easiest portion of the job and less time on the more difficult aspects. Trainers have no business teaching anyone. Most of the time, trainers are not even able to answer questions. Upper management does not know the meaning of the word respect. Team managers will actual discourage employees from speaking to each other. Reading "important" emails is to be done on your own time, not while on the phone. Communication is a joke. Policy changes are not communicated to the employees on the phone. No desire to boost morale in our center. We were actually given an hour off early (had to come in an hour early) on Christmas and New Years Eve and the attitude of management was they were doing us a favor. Tools to manage call volume are not used. Then management wonders why service levels are not met.
