Pros
The potential is there to make a ton of money if you work 90 hours a week. Feedback is given constantly Everyone is very nice
Cons
Total lack of on the job training they just turn you loose and say get your 1st 2 sales by yourself then we will give you company appointments. Competition is fierce and ADT is the most expensive provider. You as a sales rep will be in a constant struggle with the installers who try to get more money from your customer and almost always show up waaaaay early so they can get off sooner.
